Organic is a rumination on the relationship between Man and Machine. It is a self-portrait of sorts, and it illustrates the perceived experience of spending countless nights laboring away on a computer and being immersed in technology.
On the more technical side, the mechanical parts of the character were sculpted in Zbrush (instead of being box/poly-modeled) to give them a more organic feel. Thus the body and machine parts blend seamlessly into one another.
The environment was created in Blender, mostly by kitbashing and basic box modeling.
